Quantitative Descriptive Analysis data

Quantitative Descriptive Analysis is a classical descriptive analysis technique in sensory evaluation.
In QDA, a trained panel evaluates products several times by scoring a list of given sensory descriptors.

The data set obtained is composed by as many rows as there are combinations of product, panelist and session and several columns, each one corresponding to one descriptor, plus three columns for the product, panelist and session variables.
